Huddles are the easiest way to transform a mediocre day into an excellent one at your salon/spa.

What’s a huddle? It’s a brief daily meeting that address team performance and goals for the day. The focus is on the next 8-10 hours. Specifically, where you are, where you need to be and how you are going to get there.

Learn how to communicate with staff the importance of huddles, and how to make them productive and fun. We’ll discuss how to handle multiple shifts, setting the ground rules, what to discuss and more.
