Each Strategies on-site coaching package begins by assigning a CSC who is best qualified to help you reach your objectives. Your CSC will then conduct a financial and operational analysis of your salon/spa. This data will become the framework for your customized support program.

Once on-site, your CSC will dissect the key components of your business. This process may include presentations to your staff, leadership coaching, optimizing your front desk operations, systems-design with key staff members, one-to-one staff meetings or even closed-door financial forecasting. Your CSC will continually challenge you and your staff to think differently about your business, your abilities and the results you are currently achieving.

To complement the on-site visits, you and your coach will communicate through a combination of on-site coaching sessions, phone sessions, weekly e-mail support and goal-setting, and progress reports.
