How easy is it to use?
All you need is internet access! If you can navigate to a Web site and dial a phone, you're qualified! No special computer knowledge is needed!
Can I listen to audio over my computer speakers?
Yes! When you log into the event, you will be given the opportunity to chose to listen over the computer or phone. Please note, you will need to be called into the phone if you want to ask questions during Q&A
Do I need special software?
No.
Will I be able to ask questions?
The sessions are completely interactive. Ask questions, participate in class polls ... all in real time with a Strategies educator!
How much does it cost?
Strategies Webinars start at just $49 per business. Please note registration is for ONE COMPUTER per business.
How long are the sessions?
Most sessions are 50 minutes with a 10 minute Q&A session to follow.
How does it work?
The sessions are powered by Webex, the leading online meeting technology. It's as easy as logging onto a web site!
Is there a limit on attendance?
Most Strategies Webinars do not have an attendance limit. However, from time to time we will offer an exclusive limited-attendance event.
What will I need to attend an online seminar?
A computer with an Internet connection and speakers. If you computer does not have speakers, you will need a phone to dial into the audio teleconference.
What if I miss the class?
Your registration includes a free recorded version which will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the live event.
How do I configure my computer?
Webex will walk you through this easy process once you access the meeting.
Can both Windows and Mac computers access webinars and recorded versions?
Yes.
